As an APS5 level Review Officer, you will play a vital role in the Reviews Branch, the central hub for coordinating the Agency's handling and resolution of reviews and complaints. Your focus will be to ensure participants receive clear, timely, and well-informed responses, contributing to a positive experience and reinforcing the Agency's commitment to quality and transparency. Responsibilities include: Working directly with participants to understand review requests, providing clear information about decisions, reviews, and the appeals process. Undertaking evidence-based decision-making aligned with the relevant Act, rules, and client policies. Monitoring and managing caseloads to ensure timely completion of internal reviews. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes and systems.
