The Role
As a Commercial Support professional, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing day-to-day and onsite contract administration support
* Reviewing key risks and contractual terms during tender and delivery phases
* Managing subcontracts and suppliers
* Negotiating variations and program or delivery issues with clients
* Preparing and submitting contractual notices, claims, and correspondence for EOTs, NODs, variations, and other contractual matters
Criteria
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A degree or diploma in building/construction or a related field
* A minimum of 1+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects above $150,000 in value
* Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple tech platforms (e.g., Jobpac, Procurepro, Hammertech & Procore)
* The ability to foster lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades, and subcontractors
