**Job Summary**
We are seeking a registered nurse to join our district nursing team, providing hospital-level care directly to patients in their homes. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the community and practice nursing autonomously.
About the Role
* Work with a diverse range of clients in the community
* Practice nursing autonomously and use your full scope of practice
* Specialize in wound care, medication administration, catheterization, CVAD care, and patient assessment
* Deliver compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes and help them recover comfortably in familiar surroundings
