Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Process Improvement
* Assist in planning and delivering operational initiatives.
* Coordinate projects to ensure they align with strategic objectives and timelines.
* Develop and implement standardised processes to improve efficiency.
Stakeholder & Team Engagement
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams, school staff, management, volunteers, parents, and external service providers.
* Provide guidance and training to ensure strong administrative support.
Facilities & Event Management
* Oversee maintenance schedules, campus improvements, and process upgrades.
* Plan and execute regional events with precision and operational efficiency.
Procurement & Uniforms
* Support uniform coordination, ensuring alignment with global standards.
* Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and order logistics.
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) & Risk Compliance
* Help implement WHS policies and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
* Coordinate WHS training and maintain compliance documentation.
Technology & Communications
* Assist in managing digital platforms like SharePoint, OnePortal, and DoneSafe.
* Ensure regional communications are effectively shared and maintained.
Transport & Asset Management
* Support student transport operations, ensuring policy compliance.
* Track fleet maintenance, safety audits, and reporting.
Campus Security & Compliance
* Work with leadership teams to maintain safe and secure campuses.
* Oversee security measures, including CCTV and access control systems.
Operational & Administrative Support
* Manage regional helpdesk services, phone systems, and administrative functions.
* Support privacy compliance and data protection initiatives.
About You:
* Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or administration.
* Strong ability to drive efficiencies and implement process improvements.
* Experience in education, non-profit, or corporate environments (preferred).
* Familiarity with WHS, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
* A qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (highly desirable).
