We’re now looking for an exceptional Operations Supervisor to join our leadership team and help us take our impact to the next level.
About the Role:
As Operations Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll lead our teams with heart and efficiency, ensuring we continue delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will appropriately respond to and manage risk, provide strong leadership, support and development for staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and has a deep understanding of the disability sector and NDIS requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor and support service delivery teams to ensure exceptional participant outcomes
2. Oversee rostering, scheduling, and service coordination with a strong focus on compliance and efficiency
3. Monitor and improve systems, processes and reporting across multiple departments
4. Ensure compliance with all NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
5. Work collaboratively with the leadership team on strategic planning and service growth
6. Drive a positive, empowering, and inclusive workplace culture
7. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring KPIs to ensure sustainable service delivery
Person Specifications:
1. Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Desired)
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Must hold a full clean drivers licence (essential)
5. Proven experience in a similar role is essential
6. Experience in people management is required
7. Has previous experience in an operations or leadership role within the disability or community services sector
8. Understands the NDIS and is passionate about person-centred service delivery
9. Is a confident leader with outstanding people and communication skills
10. Thrives in dynamic environments and can manage competing priorities with calm and clarity
11. Is systems-savvy and process-oriented, with a strong eye for detail and continuous improvement
