Due to organic growth and their continued success, our client has an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join their team and assist with ongoing/upcoming projects. There will be on-the-job training provided and progression opportunities for the successful applicant.
As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for:
1. Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation (including award).
2. Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
3. Progress claim assistance and external variations.
4. Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts.
5. Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
6. Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
7. Administration of the project HSE system.
To be considered for the position of Contracts Administrator you will require:
8. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia.
9. New build construction experience is preferred.
10. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
11. Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial projects across NSW.
12. Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.
13. Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
