Overview
Join our team as a dedicated Aboriginal Primary Health Care Manager! We’re looking for someone to lead and coordinate client care within our Aboriginal Health Team Northern. This vital role involves managing and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality primary health care services and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional primary health care services.
* Oversee and coordinate programs, ensuring performance and addressing practice inconsistencies.
* Provide holistic care to the Aboriginal community through the Tarpari Wellbeing Centre and Indigenous Australians Health Program.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Registered or eligible as a Nurse/Nurse-Midwife with a current practicing certificate.
* Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, including management and leadership roles.
* Experience in community development, project work, and applying Primary Health Care principles.

Requirements:
* Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:
* DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC).

* National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups.
* Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A.
