About the Community
Ingenia Lifestyle Stoney Creek in Marsden Park is a welcoming over 55s community with resort-style facilities. It’s located in a brilliant space amongst the trees, away from the rush but close to everything you need.
About the Role
Provide assistance to the Community Manager in areas of people management (staff, contractors, and residents) in order to drive revenue and create community. Participate in training and development to ensure the highest standards of service are offered to existing and potential residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and deliver community events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Perform administrative tasks, including processing and managing resident accounts.
* Manage and maintain social media platforms for community engagement.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
* Reconcile accounts and financial records.
* Provide support to the Community Manager in daily operations and decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role, preferably within seniors living.
* Demonstrated leadership experience.
* High levels of customer service with the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Highly organised and efficient.
