ABOUT THE ROLE: JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager and a talented Bartender for a boutique hatted venue in the Blue Mountains Region, with an emphasis on 'paddock/farm to plate'.

About the role (Assistant Restaurant Manager): Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a smooth and refined service, with a well-organised and high-performing team.
Lead, train, and support the front-of-house team to maintain exceptional service standards.
Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences and uphold the venue's reputation.
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to enhance service coordination and efficiency.
The venue is focused on achieving a 2nd hat this year, after being awarded 1 hat for 2025.
About the role (Bartender): Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including spirits, beers, classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic alternatives.
Engage with guests to provide a personalised and memorable drinking experience.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of premium beverages, trends, and pairings to enhance the overall dining experience.
Assist in stock management, ordering, and ensuring bar operations run smoothly.
Support the management team in maintaining service excellence and upholding venue standards.
About you: Previous experience in premium, hatted, or fine dining venues is essential.
A hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills.
Passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and guest engagement.
Adaptable and committed to working in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
(Bartender) Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic alternatives is essential.
