Tell me about your experience as a working mom at Kellanova Transcript I love being a working mom at Kellanova.
Our culture really promotes work-life balance and the flexibility that I get allows me to be the best mom I can be as well as bringing my best self to work.
And parenthood is really celebrated here.
I'm often swapping pictures of my little ones or celebrating their milestones together with my leadership and teams.
Whether it's a kid's doctor's appointment or a school holiday, I never hesitate to focus on my family and feel encouraged to do so here at Kellanova.
Also, my toddler loves the fact that mom works for a company that makes her favorite snacks.
