Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Salt search is partnering with a well-established creative and digital marketing agency that has a great brand across the world. We are urgently recruiting for a HRBP who wants to take their next steps and looking to make an impact or HR Manager in this space.About the Role: Reporting to the local Operations Director (who has been in the business for 15 years plus), you will be able to add value from Day 1 by being the HR Lead to help coach and develop your small team.In this role, you will: Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters.Be hands-on in operations.Support and contribute to the Talent Acquisition process.Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework.Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance.Develop and manage training and L&D programs.Coach and develop staff and stakeholders to foster growth and alignment with company goals.Key Criteria: Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role with a background in managing diverse ER matters.Experience working with creative stakeholders and understanding of digital marketing.A hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to strategy and HR operations.Deep understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practices.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and the development of people.Location: Based in Homebush with free parking spaces available.Work Arrangement: The expectation is to be in the office 4 days a week and 1 day at home.Salary: $160k + Super (negotiable based on experience).How to Apply: We are urgently recruiting for this role and shortlisting!To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
