The successful candidate will be results driven, able to solve issues in a timely manner, be well organised, have strong self-management skills and report directly to the Business Owner.This role requires an energetic person with strong administration and communication skills. Prior experience in the transport & logistic industry is beneficial but not necessary.Your key responsibilities include:Supporting a high activity operation by completing administration tasks for our transport operations including phone enquiries, emails and logisticProviding exceptional customer service via telephone, email and face to face.Liaising with drivers and clients to ensure our premium service is providedbooking transports with clients in a timely, efficient and friendly mannerSupporting our supervisors and manager to ensure all operational outcomes are achievedTo be considered you will need:Ability to work in a fast paced environmentReceptionist experience would be beneficialFriendly manner and excellent communication skillsExceptional planning and organisational skillsAbility to work in a team and follow instructions in a timely mannerAdaptive problem solving skillsPunctualityExperience in administrationA current drivers license and own vehicle
