You will work closely with senior leadership, operational management, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislation, industry best practices, and ISO-accredited management systems.This role is critical in developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation’s HSEQ Management System, fostering a culture of safety, and supporting operational teams in risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.What We OfferFlexible Work Location – Multiple sites across the businessTravel - Required to support business unitsProfessional Development – Full training on emerging HSEQ technologiesCareer Growth – Opportunity to develop as a leader in a supportive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Strategy & Leadership: Support the business in delivering legislative compliance, sustainability commitments, and industry best practices.Risk Management & Compliance: Facilitate risk assessments, incident investigations (ICAM), and contribute to regulatory compliance across all business units.Management Systems & Audits: Assist in developing and maintaining an ISO-accredited integrated management system (ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001).Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Coach, mentor, and educate operational teams on HSE matters, partnering with Learning & Development to develop impactful training programs.Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Compile National HSE Reports and analyse trends in safety performance and develop proactive and best practice HSE improvement initiatives.Major Tender Support: Assist in HSE components of tender submissions to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.Your BackgroundTo be successful in this role, you will be self-driven, passionate, and have:Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or Environmental Management (essential)ICAM Incident Investigation certification (essential)Auditor certification for ISO management systems (preferred)Minimum 5 years’ experience in a high-risk industry (transport, logistics, mining, or similar)Good knowledge of WHS legislation, environment, risk management principles, and ISO management systemsStrong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive HSE initiativesPlease apply online, uploading a Resume and Cover Letter.
