About the Role
You will direct the design of equipment within the PPA product portfolio to match client requirements in a manner that improves profitability. This involves working with commercial and sales teams during the bidding phase of projects, as well as collaborating with engineers and operations on project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe work environment and implement 5S principles.
* Meet customer satisfaction goals for timely delivery, quality, and reliability standards.
* Design systems to achieve the lowest Total Cost of Ownership.
* Provide product expertise and support to internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
* Participate in business process improvement initiatives and support the operations team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related engineering role.
* Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and AS/ISO standards, including ISO 9001: Quality System.
* Presentation and communication skills to develop credibility with customers.
