About the role: Construction Administration: Liaising with clients, keeping records of interactions, providing appropriate solutions, exceptional level of client service, assist site supervisors with any administrative tasks, issue EOT's, coordinate inspections. Assist with administrative tasks and support the business administration team if required, including but not limited to sales administration, pre-site administration, warranty administration and etc. Actively support the business’s commitment to workplace health safety and welfare, including adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with the business’s WHS policy and procedures. Actively comply with the business’s Policies and Procedures. Demonstrate behaviours in accordance with the business’s Values. Other reasonable duties as requested by the management. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role within the residential construction industry. Excellent knowledge of client liaison principles, systems and processes. Experience and ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment and adapting work practices to suit. Demonstrated ability to negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes. Ability to deal with difficult clients and situations over the telephone and successfully handle complaints whilst diffusing anger. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent IT skills including speed and accuracy. Strong conflict resolution skills. Ability to multi-task under pressure whilst still meeting set deadlines. Advanced time management and organisation skills. Proven negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills. Proven ability to set, monitor and manage deadlines.
