About A leading organisation is seeking a Business Quality Analyst to enhance data processes, improve system functionality, and support business teams with reporting and process improvements. This role involves working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead user acceptance testing for projects and system improvements. Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues, document requirements, and enhance processes (B2C experience with complex data sets is a plus). Partner with marketing, product, and data teams to align data strategies with campaigns and business goals. Provide data insights to inform marketing campaigns, reporting, and performance tracking. Continuously review and refine business systems for efficiency and best practices. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align expectations and campaign needs. Support product development through SME advice, process mapping, and training materials. Ensure projects align with strategic goals and deliver expected outcomes. Analyse business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions. Assess risks, document findings, and propose mitigation strategies. Provide expertise on data usage for marketing and reporting. Work with data governance teams to evaluate changes in data models and their impact. About You: 3 years’ experience in business analysis or project management. Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data platforms, and marketing technology. Experience working with complex data sets and reporting tools like Power BI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. Nice to Have: Experience with Power BI, Zendesk, MS DevOps, SharePoint, or Monday.com. Background in a customer data-driven environment.
