About the role As our Receptionist / Admin Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Your duties will include:
Greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism and care Managing phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Handling mail, courier deliveries, and petty cash Supporting administrative tasks and data entry Ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations What we're looking for Previous experience in reception or administration (3+ years preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A caring and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work independently
Current National Police Check & NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
