About the role: This role is dedicated to supporting the Service Network by ensuring all email and phone enquiries are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
A key focus is maintaining customer satisfaction by minimising delays, providing clear communication with customers, service partners, and state service managers, and ensuring job statuses in the system are consistently updated with precision.Looking for immediately available candidates Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth progression and timely closure of service orders.
Update and track service order statuses in G-CIC / GSPN systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Strive to meet and exceed assigned LTP and KPI targets.
Provide support to the State Service Manager and State Service Lead as needed.
Adhere to service tracking guidelines and company policies.
Manage pending repair service orders efficiently.
Assist and support the service network, including ASCs, DSCs, and OTAs.
Proactively communicate with service providers, State Service Managers, and customers to identify and resolve issues.
Monitor service providers to ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
Conduct ad-hoc reporting and case studies to analyse and enhance service tracking processes.
