About the role:
We are looking for an individual on a fixed term contract until the end of June 2025 to work on an exciting project. As a Change Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our merchandise-led initiatives, driving effective change management processes. Your role is to ensure seamless transitions and successful adoption of new systems and processes, maximising the success of our key strategic projects.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Create and execute change management plans
2. Identify key stakeholders affected by strategic initiatives and create customised engagement strategies through collaboration and consultation.
3. Perform change readiness assessments to gauge preparedness for upcoming changes.
4. Track the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired results.
5. Develop training methods and support delivery of training programs to build awareness, knowledge, and skills related to new systems and/or processes.
What you’ll bring:
6. Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, preferably in retail projects.
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information, assess issues, and create effective solutions.
8. Excellent partnering and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal agreement.
9. Proven ability to lead and manage diverse change projects effectively.
10. Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
11. Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
12. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
13. Ability to influence and motivate individuals at all organisational levels.
14. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Organisational Change, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
15. Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred .
