This is a full time role for a FRACP Oncologist

The Department
As a valued member of our dedicated team of seasoned professionals, your role entails overseeing the care of all assigned patients. This responsibility involves collaborating with junior staff, consultants, visiting specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals. Should any uncertainties or concerns arise, you'll promptly escalate them to the consultant for resolution. Ensuring seamless transitions, you'll deliver thorough and precise clinical handovers at the end of daily shifts and during changes in clinical attachments.

The facility extends its services to more than 94,000 individuals, with an additional 175,000 people served annually at rural emergency departments. As the largest hospital in rural South Australia, it holds a pivotal role in healthcare delivery. Recognized in the Government's 'Plan for Country Health,' it stands as one of the four general hospitals designated to offer treatment to rural residents in proximity to their homes.
The Requirements
* To apply you will need to have completed one of the following you should hold current specialist general registration with AHPRA and have at least 12 months recent experience working within Oncology.
* New Zealand FRACP experience or recently qualified
