The opportunities We are looking for three talented Architect s with proven experience in one or more of the following project stages: design conceptualization, construction documentation, and town planning processes. Architect (Design Conceptualization) : Lead the development of design concepts, focusing on creating innovative, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and visions. Architect (Town Planning Expertise) : Excel at bringing a concept to life through the Schematic Design and Town Planning phases of projects, navigating the planning scheme and council and VCAT processes. Architect (Construction Documentation & Services) : Produce detailed construction documentation and provide on-site administration services. Ensure that construction processes adhere to design intent, budget, and schedule, while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with codes and regulations. Skills, experience & responsibilities Outstanding design and presentation skills which can be translated through Feasibility, Sketch Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation packages Confidently lead multiple projects simultaneously, including managing a project team, client deliverables, brief, budget and timelines Highly proficient in preparation of all documentation, leading tender processes, on-site construction services and providing direction to team members Extensive local experience across a range of residential and commercial projects from inception to completion Proven consultant coordination and client management skills Excellent technical, construction and regulatory knowledge, ensure design and construction compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and regulatory standards 5 years of relevant experience in your specialty. Intermediate – Advanced REVIT experience is essential Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous Degree qualification in Architecture Key requirements & qualities Exceptional ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels Excellent communication and people management skills with a collaborative approach Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills A keen eye for details and solutions focused More about the roles As a registered Architect, you possess strong design and documentation skills and have an in-depth understanding of the details and technical knowledge required in the delivery of multi residential and commercial projects. In your role as a project leader, you will be the first point of contact for clients, provide guidance to team members and actively contribute to the resourcing and financial management of your projects. In conjunction with managing the various stakeholders, you will also be able to manage a small project team. You have strong written, verbal and graphic presentation skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to be working across several projects and stages concurrently.
