Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!The Senior Account Manager, Demand, is responsible for strategic conversations across agencies, reporting to the Director, Demand AU.In this role you will:Develop relationships with agency and direct client partnersFocus on external training, education and consultation for buyers on the Australian media landscape and Magnite offeringTrack revenue performance, and ensure buyers are held accountable for underperformance to expectationsProject manage strategic, SPO, and client development opps with designated clientsBuild strong relationships with buyers (both agencies and client direct) through regular meetings, calls, provision of reports and recommendationsUtilise a strong business acumen to identify and execute on optimum trading options, working closely with Business Ops to model any trading dealsRecognise and recommend best opportunities for buyers, track spend, and look for opportunities to optimise buyingParticipate in regular business reviews with buyersWork with marketing to develop content for Australian buyersGenerate revenue from across your patch of clientsTrack revenue, report regularlyWe're looking for someone with:Inexhaustible drive and a 'can do' attitude4-6 years of experience working in adtech, preferably with agencies and holdcosHigh level of confidence when establishing relationships with partnersAbility to take ownership and accountability, act on objectives in a technical environmentFlexible, team orientated collaboratorAbility to articulate and address strategic client initiatives, creating solutions and / or escalating requirements internally as neededUnderstanding of ad tech platforms and programmatic operationsStrong organisational, written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter able to thrive and multi-task in a start-up environmentComprehensive Perks and Benefits:Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage for You and Your Family from Day OneGenerous Time OffHoliday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness DaysFamily-Focused Benefits and Parental LeaveCell Phone SubsidyFitness and Wellness ReimbursementCompany Culture:We believe collaboration is essential to success.
Magnite's hybrid schedule includes two days worked remotely (Monday and Friday) and three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).
