Our Client is a boutique accounting firm looking for a financial planner for regular referrals. Base can be Wollongong or Southern Sydney, with some flexibility to work from home.
Key responsibilities: Build sound relationships with existing and new clients and provide sound financial advice based on understanding their circumstances. Cultivate internal and external referral opportunities. Provide referrals to other professionals within the business. Identify and implement other opportunities for business growth. Our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria: An approved financial planning qualification. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. High-level research and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and relationship management approach. A strong service and compliance orientation. Results orientation. Sound time management and the ability to manage work to deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. The ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
