We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong technical background, particularly in campaign management using Campaign Monitor and MailChimp.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead and support the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email marketing using Campaign Monitor and MailChimp. Enhance campaign success through A/B testing and other optimisation techniques.
* Technical Expertise: Hands-on involvement in the setup, management, and optimisation of digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Supporter Journey Planning: Create and manage detailed plans for audience-specific content, ensuring a seamless supporter journey.
* Content Management: Oversee content creation and distribution across various channels including website, social media, EDMs, and mobile applications.
* Analytics and Measurement: Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Innovation and Best Practices: Implement innovative digital marketing initiatives and stay updated on best practices.
Skills and Expertise:
* Proven hands-on experience with Campaign Monitor and MailChimp.
* Strong background in campaign management and optimisation (including A/B testing).
* Excellent project management skills and experience in stakeholder management.
* Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
* Proficiency in using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and other digital marketing platforms.
* Experience in developing and managing PPC campaigns.
* Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar.
* Ability to design and implement effective social media strategies.
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
* Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
