Your Day-to-Day
* Conduct comprehensive Physiotherapy assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
* Welcome new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into our care.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to create effective treatment strategies.
* Educate residents and their families on preventive care tailored to their understanding and needs.
* Maintain a holistic and professional approach to resident care, addressing all aspects of their needs.
* Provide evidence-based interventions, especially for complex cases.
* Liaise with equipment suppliers to ensure residents have the necessary mobility aids.

The Ideal Physio for Us
* Holds a relevant Physiotherapy degree, AHPRA registration, First Aid certificate, and other essential clearances.
* Has aged care experience, with skills in conducting assessments, managing diverse needs, and working efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
* Proven ability in time management, effective communication, and working well in a multidisciplinary team.
* Confidently adapts to change, understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, and manages complex tasks professionally.
