The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Coordinator will provide day to day customer service through ordering, invoicing, stock management and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Verification of stock availability and allocation
* Same day order entry before defined cut off times
* Ensure that quality held stock is managed and managing customer returns in an orderly fashion
* Assisting logistics coordinator with communication to customers
* Creation of weekly reports for customers on stock availability and upcoming production makes
* Building strong relationships with customer base
* Provision of samples to customers as required
* Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to provide quality service to customers
About You
The successful applicants will:
* Have extensive customer service experience
* Have the ability to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with customers at various levels
* Display a high level of attention to detail
* Show to ability to work in a team as well as independently
* Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
