What You'll Be Doing
1. Identify opportunities in WA through leveraging IT channel network and vendor contacts.
2. Plan customer visits and develop market in WA.
3. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
4. Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
5. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts, and vendor representatives who may be determining design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value added services.
7. Understanding of pricing programs and models within the Tech industry.
8. Requires comprehensive ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
9. Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.
10. Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
11. This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
What We Are Looking For
12. Drives end-to-end sales process
13. Proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce, Business intelligence tools and spreadsheets
14. Solves complex problems
15. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
16. IT channel, distributor or reseller experience would be an advantage
17. Interacted with vendors and customers in a Sales environment.
18. Possesses ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow services and incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key vendors.
19. Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
