A full-time permanent Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical industry in Inner Sydney for a privately owned, innovative and dynamic pharmaceutical company. This role is for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead their brand journey and leave an indelible mark on the healthcare landscape.
* Requires previous experience as a Brand Manager in the Australian pharmaceutical industry
* Salary guide: $110,000 per annum + super
* Inner Sydney region
A normal day includes:
* Diving deep into their portfolio of brands. Understand their mechanisms, benefits, and impact.
* Shape and articulate their brand’s vision and mission. Your words will resonate with their audience, leaving an indelible mark.
* Translate brand elements into actionable go-to-market plans, orchestrating campaigns that ignite curiosity and drive action.
* Collaborate with designers, writers, and dreamers to craft captivating visuals and narratives.
* Keep your finger on the pulse of the pharmaceutical landscape. Monitor competitors, regulatory changes, and therapeutic trends
* Measure campaign performance, assess ROI, and fine-tune their strategies.

You'll need
* Comprehensive experience in the Australian pharmaceutical industry.
* Previous experience as a Brand Manager in the Australian pharmaceutical industry
* Bachelor of Marketing or a related field
* A strategic mind with a dash of creativity.
* Strong analytical skills (numbers don’t scare you).
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
* Familiarity with regulatory guidelines especially TGA.
