Position Overview
As an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor at Wilde & Woollard, you will be instrumental to the leading of both private and government engagements as well as the overall operation of the organisation. The appropriate candidate will enjoy an attractive salary, potential to purchase equity in the business and, if necessary, will be offered relocation support. Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients to ensure project success and contributing to the overall running of the Canberra office.
Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Flexible working arrangements to support family and life activities can be considered. Our office is situated in Kingston, within walking distance to great cafes, shops and the Kingston Foreshore. Requirements
Experience: 8+ years’ experience working as a Professional Quantity Surveyor
Project Experience: Proven experience in providing a full range of professional services for major projects
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CostX and Excel
Business Acumen: Proven experience of managing budgets for future works and managing costs throughout a project.
Accreditation: Corporate membership of AIQS or RICS or equivalent
Communication: Strong communication, client-facing, and interpersonal skills.
