In this dynamic position, you will establish daily routines for participants, guide their learning, and collaborate with Project Coordinators to create meaningful activities that promote long-term employment pathways. Your effective communication skills will be essential in informing participants about job opportunities while building strong relationships with community stakeholders. If you’re passionate about making a difference and empowering individuals, we invite you to apply and help drive our community initiatives forward.What you will doAs the Community Projects Supervisor at Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation, you will play a key role in empowering Belyuen community members and driving program engagement. You’ll design and implement skill-building activities that cater to participants’ needs, ensuring they have the resources to succeed. Your strong organisational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate attendance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will also document community engagement efforts and collaborate with local stakeholders to identify job opportunities, helping participants connect with pathways to employment.With a focus on cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, you’ll support participants in developing essential skills in areas such as digital literacy, hospitality, and general labouring.
