About The Role
This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with both the Planning and Warehouse Managers.
As the Production Planning and Warehousing Administrator, you’ll play a key role in rolling out new product planning software while supporting the Supply Chain and Warehouse Managers with administrative and inventory tasks.
You’ll handle production forecasting, update daily schedules, and ensure production orders meet customer expectations. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to strategic supply chain and production management initiatives, adding variety to your day.
What Are the Hours and Remuneration?
This is a full-time role offering flexibility in start and finish times, allowing you to choose from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, or 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. While the position is based on-site, the flexible hours provide a great balance between your professional responsibilities and personal or family commitments.
The remuneration is approximately $75,000 + super (negotiable), with a performance review after 6 months. This competitive salary is above market rates and offers great compensation for someone with around 3 years of experience, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.
What Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking a proactive, organised individual with experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain coordination.
Key qualifications include:
* Approximately 3 years of experience in an inventory or planning role, within food production or manufacturing.
* Exposure to quality and compliance requirements specific to food production is an advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management and ERP software
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage production schedules and inventory tasks.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Sales teams.
