Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Administrator to support our Lead Agent in Ashgrove. As part of our high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your career within Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare form 6's and contracts
* Organise photography, building and pest inspections, and valuations
* Run marketing campaigns
* Manage social media
* Prepare listing presentation and appraisal proposals
* Perform general administration and support duties
* Manage email and diary
* Manage databases
Requirements:
* QLD Certificate of Registration
* Driver's license
* Previous experience in the Real Estate industry
* Passion for the Real Estate industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding organisation and time management
* Able to deliver high-end customer service
Work Environment:
Monday to Friday, with no weekends. You will be working alongside a high-performing Sales Agent in a fun and vibrant office culture.
