WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Pipe Layer:
* Experience working on Civil Projects
* Demonstrated experience laying sewer, storm water and water main.
* Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks with some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
* Capable of shooting and reducing levels using Dumpy level
* Ability to set-up pipe laser
* Ability to read, interpret and understand plans and standards
* Confined space, quick cut, front end loader tickets (desirable)
* Plumbing qualification - Desirable but not essential
Foreman:
* Prior experience as a Civil Drainage Foreman (minimum 2 years)
* You'll have a solid understanding of advanced civil pipe principles with demonstrated experience in residential subdivision works installing deep sewer, storm water and water.
* Knowledge to deal with all adverse ground conditions.
* Comprehensive understanding of the current SEQ standards
* A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
* Communicate with influence, sound written and verbal skills
* Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
