About the positionOur Wests New Lambton site is currently seeking a casual Bistro Server to join the team. This opportunity is responsible and key to our front of house and back of house operations in our food court. You will provide outstanding customer service across our Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium and New Beijing food outlets. Duties will include:Provide friendly and efficient service to members and guestsAssist with clearing, cleaning and sculleryOperating and balancing of tillsFood and beverage preparationEnsuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed.This position will require availability for split shifts for lunch and dinner service. Availability for work on Friday nights, weekends and good availability through the week is a must.This position has been identified as a traineeship opportunity. Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.All positions at the Wests Group require a criminal check to be performed (costs covered by The Wests Group).About youYou are someone who can work under pressure while at all times ensuring that our current high standards are met.
