In this role, you will:
* work with the rest of the team on cocktail menu
* prepare and serve cocktails, dispatch wines by the glass and other beverages
* confidently look after a designated section with support from food runners and the rest of the team while making sure our guests are having a good time
* work closely with our kitchen team to gain an understanding of ingredients, provenance, processes and techniques
* champion our food and drinks menu as it changes with seasons and share stories behind items on the menu as well as winemakers and more
