You will be working for a well-renowned organisation in the centre of Kiama.Your new roleThis is a temporary role until 16th December, with the possibility of extension for a couple of weeks after Christmas.Your role will support the People and Culture team, with responsibilities including but not limited to:Supporting recruitment, on-boarding and induction processesCoordinating the exit/termination processProviding advice to managers and employees on Human Resources, Industrial, Award and legislative mattersProviding input into HR metrics, reporting and strategic plansProviding assistance with grievances, investigations and workplace conflict mattersAssisting to develop, implement, maintain and review HR policies and proceduresAssist with the implementation of the performance management system, including coordinating the probation and competency review processesWhat you'll need to succeedRelevant experience in a similar role, supporting an HR team with the matters aboveExcellent communication and organisational skillsIdeally, you will have working knowledge of TechOne and/or TRIM.You need to be immediately available to start.What you'll get in returnHybrid work arrangement with max 2 days WFH$45-50ph + SuperASAP start
