With decades of experience and a track record of delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects, we work closely with landholders, First Nations communities, and local stakeholders to create projects that are not just commercially viable, but also socially and environmentally responsible.Our vision is to develop projects that generate long-term, sustainable benefits for the communities in which we operate.What You'll DoSupport Project Development – Assist in taking projects from early-stage site identification through to financial close.Land Access & Stakeholder Engagement – Help facilitate discussions with landowners, negotiate agreements, and support community engagement initiatives.Environmental & Planning Approvals – Contribute to environmental impact assessments, regulatory approvals, and interactions with local and state authorities.Technical & Commercial Support – Work with engineers on project layouts, support the grid connection process and contribute to financial close activities.Project Transition & Delivery – Provide ongoing support as projects move into pre-construction, construction, and operational phases.What We're Looking ForEducation: Degree in Renewable Energy, Planning, Environment, Geography, Business, Law, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years in project development, environmental approvals, stakeholder engagement, or consulting within the renewable energy sector.Skills: Strong communication, research, and analytical abilities.
