About this role
As Practice Manager of this dynamic studio, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, as well as supporting the team with project programming and bids & submissions.
Key responsibilities
1. Financial management, including overseeing invoicing, bookkeeping and payroll
2. Assist the Bids and Submissions team with the tender process
3. Key stakeholder relationship management including client agreements, variations, budgets and reporting
4. Overseeing new business and bid processes
5. Update and review documentation standards and protocols
6. Manage communications and social media outputs
7. HR administration, including policy writing and recruitment
Skills and Experience:
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Proficiency in using Xero accounting software
11. Ability to manage and motivate a team
12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
13. Experience with project programming and management
