As the Work Health & Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing WHS policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a proactive safety culture within the Council. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to foster a collaborative approach to safety and wellbeing.

• $90,000 -$120,000 + Super (depending on skills and experience)
• Permanent full-time role with Local Government
• 5 weeks annual leave & 15 days sick leave

About You
We are seeking a WHS professional with:
1. Relevant qualifications in Work Health & Safety
2. Demonstrated experience in WHS roles, including policy development and incident investigation
3. Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management practices
4. Willingness to relocate to a remote area
