About the Role: As a Customer Engagement Team Member your role will be to manage our F&T sales process from start to finish. You will be liaising daily with clients from the Quoting stage of Frame and Truss products through to the delivery of finished goods to building sites. A proactive approach is encouraged in order to build a strong long-term partnership with our Building Customers whilst identifying future opportunities for key areas of the Bunnings Commercial business. You can expect to work with Microsoft products, Salesforce our CCRM software and be joining our large team on site in Wacol Brisbane thus giving you exposure to the day-to-day operations of our Manufacturing and Production Managers, Estimators, Detailers, Sales and Production Teams. With the rapid expansion of F&T manufacturing across Australia the Customer Engagement role can offer pathways into Leadership roles, Quoting, Estimation, Account Management and many more. What's involved: Receive and Action Inbound Calls and Emails Liaise with multiple Stakeholders & Build Long Standing Relationships Build Customer Profiles through our CCRM software Project Manage Client Accounts and Identify new business opportunities. Who we're looking for: As a Customer Engagement Team Member for Frame and Truss you will be a highly driven individual with an ability to understand quotes and estimates for building materials. Your pro-active, organized and have strong time-management skills whilst able to develop relationships through excellent customer communication both written and verbal. You may have come from a previous Customer Service environment either face to face or phone based and whilst Building Knowledge is not essential an interest in Construction, Engineering or DIY is advantageous.
