Group Facilitator “Living Well” Day Program
The Geelong Clinic is a 73-bed inpatient mental health facility. We are currently seeking a Group Facilitator (Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Nurse or equivalent registered therapist) to join The Geelong Clinic Team.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to deliver our “Living Well” Day program, which runs one day per week on Tuesdays.
This program is designed for individuals who experience symptoms associated with depression, anxiety and other related mental illness.
The successful applicant will work in a multidisciplinary and supportive team, providing ongoing support for patients post discharge and our model is one of relapse prevention.
The Living Well Day Program is an ongoing rehabilitation program, which runs on a full day basis.
The Living Well Day Program is a well-recognised and therapeutic program with up to 12 participants. It allows the opportunity to communicate a person’s needs and share in discussions with others who may have had similar experiences.

Selection Criteria
· Appropriate tertiary qualifications and registration as recognised in Victoria or by AHPRA.
· Experience working with a variety of mental health conditions in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
· Experience in Group programs.
· Enthusiastic applicants with a high level of organisation and collaboration skills
· Evidence of the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
