The Role: Lendlease ACT are currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer to help lead the delivery of an upcoming project in Canberra.Reporting to the Construction Manager and a key leader in our on-site delivery team, this role will see you managing and resolving the detail design across the project, leading a team of project and site engineers, and managing subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project.This will involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, and managing quality through to commissioning. To be successful you will need: Be an Australian Citizen at the time of application. Hold a Negative Vetting 2 Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one. Possess a Construction Management or Engineering qualification (or other relevant degree). Have 7-10 years+ on-site delivery experience in large-scale building construction projects. Demonstrate effective leadership capabilities and a passion for client-focused outcomes, driving safety, quality, and sustainability. Have experience engaging with internal, external, and client stakeholder groups, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
