This will include working as part of a well-established cohesive team, whilst maintaining excellence in safety and reliability at all times. You will be working in close conjunction with the Chief Engineer.This position requires interpersonal and organisational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential to this role. Regular communication with passengers to assist in loading and unloading the ferry is required therefore a level of personal engagement is required.The Second Engineer will be expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, whilst displaying a high level of work ethics. This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, and time management.
