You will be embedded within a tight-knit 6-person DevOps team, playing a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities CI/CD Pipeline Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps. Automate build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure efficient and reliable software releases. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI. Automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize Azure environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Implement monitoring and logging solutions. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth software delivery processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress and issues. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments. Maintain a proactive approach to identify and address potential problems. Security and Compliance: Ensure that CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure are secure and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. Implement security best practices and policies. Configuration Management: Manage configuration items, environments, and deployments in Azure DevOps, ensuring consistency and traceability across different stages of the software development lifecycle. Essential Requirements A minimum of 5 years' experience working as an Azure DevOps Engineer Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and best practices. Experience with Azure DevOps tools and services. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell). Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Azure Resource Manager, Terraform). Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
