As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Offering administrative assistance to the Sales Department
* Compiling Appraisal Packs, Marketing Quotations, and Calendars
* Coordinating marketing arrangements for upcoming listings
* Preparing open-for-inspection packs and just listed/auction/sold letters
* Publishing listings online, making necessary adjustments to price guides or details
* Organizing and managing records and files for upcoming property listing
The Requirements
* Previous residential Real Estate experience in NSW
* Possession of a Real Estate Licence and valid Driver's Licence
* Strong administration skills and excellent communication skills
* A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
* Strong knowledge of the local area is essential
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
