ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a JJ’s Customer Service - Senior Administrator / Team Leader, you will support our depot operations in the NSW & ACT region from our Glendenning office.
This is a hands-on role; you will answer calls, support our customers and mentor and develop our customer service team.
Join a great team that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service to our large commercial customer base.
You will have the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand; have excellent problem solving and time management, plus demonstrated high level customer service skills.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
This position is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead our customer service team in Glendenning
* Monitor workflow through telephone queues, email and other business systems
* Manage escalations and ensure the departments KPI’s are met
* Identify and execute opportunities regarding efficiency and productivity improvements in your team
* Develop, execute, and monitor individual comprehensive training plans
* Ensure professional customer service to both internal and external customers
* Ability to prioritise and perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
* Work proactively with other department supervisors and managers to ensure customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, and business results
* Display excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
ABOUT YOU
* Customer Service / Call Centre experience is essential
* Experience in a similar role – including high-volume customer support as a Team Leader / Senior
* Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
* Able to work well within a team and autonomously
* Track record of developing and driving continuous improvement
* Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team; sharing your knowledge with others
* Flexibility, with a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks and duties
* Experience in transport, logistics or service industry - highly regarded but not essential
* Want to be part of a culture of learning and continuous improvement
* Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential service industry
