We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team at our Townsville branch, taking on the role of Administration Assistant and Customer Service.
We are looking for a team player with a great attitude, the ability to multi-task, someone who strives to achieve targets and who is prepared to get in and get the job done.
This is a busy role for someone who likes to get involved, sort queries, and who is passionate about Customer Service and Administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Overall creditors and payables management
2. Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice reconciliations
3. Daily estimating of supplier costs
4. Preparing cheque requisitions and meeting payment deadlines
5. Rating and posting
6. Customer service duties

7. Excellent written and verbal communication
8. Strong attention to detail
9. Accurate data entry abilities
