About the Role As an Administration Officer, you will support our operational teams with timely and accurate administrative services. You'll handle invoicing, timesheet entry, purchasing, and other key administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process customer invoices and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Enter and code timesheets into JDE, meeting deadlines. Coordinate and update supplier records and manage subcontractor information. Perform purchasing tasks, ensuring proper coding and approval routing. Maintain and manage documents on Biscom, including updates to underground documentation. Support event coordination, uniform and promotional orders, and office catering. Handle accounts payable queries and assist with recharge administration. To excel in this role, you'll bring: Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant experience. 1-2 years in an administration support role, with invoicing experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, intermediate formulas). Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
