In this role, you'll: Provide support in the implementation of overall documentation management processes and practices for major infrastructure and rail upgrade projects that will affect real change for the people of NSW. Be responsible for supporting the project team to deliver the Regional Rail Project (Fleet) on time through records management and document control management including design/management plan submission process. Work to required frameworks and overall documentation management Assist to set up applications, processes, templates and registers Be a part of a collaborative and supportive team that works hard but also supports & celebrates the success and achievements of one another. About you A detail orientated perfectionist, you use your eye for detail to ensure quality and compliance across all project documents such as briefing notes, engineering drawings etc Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in a Senior Document Controller role within a project environment with electronic records and document management systems, asset and/or engineering management systems and project management systems. Experience in document management systems such as TeamBinder, Objective, Planroom, SharePoint etc Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels A confident user of Microsoft Office suite of application (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio etc.) Ideally you would have some familiarity around engineering drawings from your previous work experience in areas such as architecture, infrastructure, engineering, construction or similar field.
