The Intake Service Navigator will also be one of the main points of entry, intake and assessment for psychosocial supports across the Gippsland region.As Intake Service Navigator you will engage with and advocate for individuals, connect them with the appropriate support networks and empower them on their recovery journey.
Building and drawing upon Wellways' Community Recovery Model, the Intake Service Navigator will establish and enhance coordinated referral processes as well as community support services focused on psychosocial support needs such as housing, employment, education, family support and financial matters.
